Description
12/3/2024 Reactive to Reflective and Responsive Management- Participants will explore the underlying factors that drive reactive behaviors and learn strategies to cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness, enabling more thoughtful decision-making.
1/7/2025 Attuned Management- Participants will explore the science of attunement and develop skills to connect and respond to the diverse needs of their team members. By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped with strategies to foster a more engaged workforce.
2/4/2025 Trauma Informed Supervision of Employees- Participants will learn how to integrate trauma-informed practices into their supervisory roles, promoting resilience, enhancing communication, and reducing the risk of secondary trauma among employees.
3/4/2025 Trauma Informed Workplace Policies- Participants will explore strategies for developing trauma-informed policies, in collaboration with individuals who have lived experiences of trauma, that promote the wellbeing and safety of both employees and families.
