The STARS Scholarship Program is an Iowa West Foundation initiative that supports low-income parents (50) in Pottawattamie County by providing financial assistance, career planning, and tailored support each academic year. 👏💛 SAY WHAT!
 
STARS scholarship application is now open for the 2022-23 academic school year. 
 
         This is a great opportunity for those nontraditional/adult learners to receive up to a $3500 🎉  scholarship that can be utilized for expenses beyond their educational financial package. 😮 
 
 This is a unique scholarship opportunity for those that can answer yes to the following questions:
 
·         Are you a parent?
·         Are you a U.S. citizen?
·         Are you a resident of Pottawattamie County?
·         Are you receiving  Pell Grant funding
·         Is your intended career or major likely to increase your family income?
 
 
 We will have 10 spots available and the process is easy! You can send any/all referrals to CBSF where they will fill out an inquiry form and I'll communicate from there.
