Impact CB Young Professionals are a force to be reckoned with!! For Input to Impact, the young professionals gathered at The Terrace to discuss the overall goal and power of the group as a whole. Participating in a SOAR Analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results), the YPs had honest and vulnerable conversations about the strengths and weaknesses in our community, and how the next generation of business leaders can harness their power to get things done. Calling on the support of the Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors, local officials, and the community as a whole, Impact CB Young Professionals look to make a bigger Impact on Council Bluffs in the coming years.
