Description
Our abilities to work well with others, to get our needs met by others, and to impact the decisions others make depends on our skills of influence. Influence begins with rapport. Rapport exists in the moment and there are many ways to build rapport even with those you have just met. In order to gain rapport, and thus use it to influence others, you must have an out focus, sensory acuity, and behavioral flexibility. These are all skills that can be developed and honed. In this session, we will focus on gaining competency in these skills.
