This Foundations Workshop provides a thought process and visual tool to be utilized by Managers and their teams to identify their best prospects, strategize their advancement through the sales cycle, forecast more accurately, and balance prospecting and selling activity. It helps sales agents constantly self manage their activies as outcomes (sales goals) dictate. Because "prospecting" drives the sales process and the sales people have limited time to reach out to new opportunity, enhancing this skill would be another recommendation.
