2022 UNBelievable Workplaces Celebration

UNbelievable Workplaces is a program developed and run by the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. The program is designed to help local businesses track employee satisfaction. Local businesses have recognized the importance of knowing insight from their associates, creating a culture that their team wants to work in, and culture employees want to recommend to others to join.

Join us in celebrating these UNbelievable Workplaces as we recognize them for the work that they do, the cultures that they've created, and being a human-centered business. 

Businesses are awarded this badge of honor based on the survey results answered by their employees. They will be recognized and awarded. 

Hear from keynote speaker -  Dr. Bobby Low, People Scientist, Motivosity. Dr Bobby Low fell in love with the world of psychology as a collegiate and professional track and field athlete. It was the study and application of sport psychology that helped him climbed the collegiate, national and world rankings.  After retiring from track and field, he turned his attention to the academic world where he obtained a PhD. in sport and performance psychology and worked for the Athletic Department at the University of Missouri. Taking everything, he learned and applied in the sports arena he jumped into the corporate world to consult with the leading technology companies and health care organizations on how to improve their customer and employee experiences. Dr. Low would use research and data to teach executive teams about how to build great cultures that motivate employees and how to help employees become high-performing employees. At Motivosity as the People Scientist, Bobby spends his energy blending the world of Psychology, Motivation, Culture and Employee Engagement with Technology to help employees be more motivated and be happier at work.
