2023 UNBelievable Workplaces Celebration

UNbelievable Workplaces is a program developed and run by the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. The program is designed to help local businesses track employee satisfaction. Local businesses have recognized the importance of knowing insight from their associates, creating a culture that their team wants to work in, and culture employees want to recommend to others to join.

Join us in celebrating these UNbelievable Workplaces as we recognize them for the work that they do, the cultures that they've created, and being a human-centered businesses. 

Businesses are awarded this badge of honor based on the survey results answered by their employees. They will be recognized and awarded based on company size.
