Join us for an inspiring hour of leadership insight and personal development at our next Council Bluffs Young Professionals Skill Building Hour.
"From Here We Lead" is more than a title, it’s a challenge. This session features a candid conversation with Council Bluffs Police Chief Matt Davis, who will share his leadership journey, lessons in resilience, and what it means to lead with purpose in the face of change.
After the conversation, we’ll dive into a guided leadership reflection activity designed to help you identify your strengths, assess your growth areas, and clarify how you want to lead, both in your workplace and in our community.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your leadership, this session will leave you motivated, grounded, and ready to take your next step.
