The Red Cross is currently experiencing a severe blood shortage as the number of trauma cases, organ transplants and elective surgeries rise – and deplete the nation's blood inventory. With hospital blood use up, the blood supply has fallen to critical levels. As a result of this shortage, some elective surgeries are being delayed until the blood supply stabilizes, delaying crucial patient care. Please sign up to give blood ASAP!
