Topic:
The past three years have created numerous existential threats to positive and thriving workplace culture. From the pandemic to the racial reckoning of 2020, there has been an increased focus on providing a more accommodating and considerate workplace for all employees. Our employees are increasingly expectant of their companies to be competent of their needs and thoughtful about what they require to experience cultural comfort at work.
Dr. Lawrence Chatters an expert in psychology and diversity, equity and inclusion will provide an interactive in-depth workshop sharing best practices and strategies that human resource professionals can employ to create a championship-caliber workplace culture. Chatters will highlight his diverse experiences in business, educational settings, and athletics that have inspired him to consistently pursue inclusive excellence.
