Description
The CB Chamber is bringing accomplished women leaders together in an inclusive environment to grow and accelerate the role women play in Council Bluffs executive leadership through mentorship, education, and innovative programming.
Join us for lunch and presentation by Carol Horner, Synchronicity Training & Development regarding "The Spiral of Accountability". Today, probably more than ever, our people face adversity, change, confusion, and uncertainty. The Spiral of Accountability™ takes the complex dynamic of human self-talk and human interactions and simplifies it into a visual representation that allows leaders to identify, name, and understand what is going on with them and the people around them. It then shows a pathway towards improving their reactions.

Membership Information
Membership dues for the Executive Women's Partnership are $300 annually. These dues will cover the costs of regular meetings, luncheons and programming. (Membership dues for 2021 will be prorated to $150.) If interested in becoming a member of EWP and you meet the criteria, please complete an application for approval.
