Dear Council Bluffs Area Employers - 
 
As you well know, healthy employees are important to any organization.  A healthy workforce is more productive and costs less.  A significant portion of our waking hours is spent at work.  Healthy employee behaviors can influence family members, as well. 
 
The Council Bluffs Healthy Hometown℠ Powered by Wellmark initiative has selected the opportunity to form a Council Bluffs Worksite Collaborative to discuss and learn about healthy workforce best practices.  With some employers experiencing workforce concerns, we believe health is a part of the puzzle.  And, individuals seeking employment and companies seeking to relocate often look for organizations focused on health and wellbeing.
