Location to be announced by April 19th, 2021. All volunteers who are signed up will be notified of the location as soon as possible. The location will be somewhere in Council Bluffs.

Impact CB Young Professionals is excited to team up with the 712 Initiative to help out with the Housing Revitalization Program!
The 712 Initiative has launched a housing revitalization program to stabilize neighborhoods and provide safe & affordable housing for new homeowners in our community. They have a goal of renovating 30 homes over the next 5 years and need your help! When the homes are sold they go back into the fund for the next project. Every volunteer provides DIRECT savings to each project.
Volunteers help with everything from framing, carpentry, demolition, painting, landscaping and everything in between. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes! All tools and materials will be provided but volunteers are free to bring anything they think will come in handy. We will have final details/logistics including location of the site, by Monday, April 19th.
Each shift is 3 hours and only has room for 10 people so grab your friends and sign up as soon as possible! All volunteers must sign a waiver in advance, which Impact CB will send to you when you sign up!
