Navigating essential mental health and substance use resources can be difficult. The feeling of hoplessness that individuals and families face who can't find the right help and resources -- because they don't know which questions to ask or where to go -- is too common and needs to be addressed.
We invite you to join us for this special event to hear from a panel of subject-matter experts on available resources in our region and how to navigate the mental health and substance use system in western Iowa.
