NEW AND EMERGING LEADERS

Unlocking Potential, Strengthening Organizations, and Impacting Lives. 

One of the most influential roles within an organization is that of a manager. Managers make decisions every day that affect their entire organization. They direct the work of the organizations' most valuable resources - their people. But who supports the manager? 

This series of courses outlines the role of a leader in the workplace. It develops the skills to motivate, empower, and grow employees in a culture of respect.  We look at leadership from a perspective that recognizes WHAT you do is as important as HOW you do it. Reputation counts – yours and your organization. Join us to develop the skills of new and emerging. 

Course Driving Message: Being an organizational leader, building an exceptional team, setting vision and goals, and managing a team and work execution. 

Delivery: This workshop will be delivered in three sessions.

LEADERS OF INTEGRITY

Leaders of Integrity, this program will include four professional development workshops hosted by the CB Chamber and facilitated by Casey Putney, The Engagement Institute. Leaders in the community who complete all four professional development workshops will be honored and recognized as a Leader of Integrity.

SPECIFICATIONS
Leaders of the metro community who complete all four of the professional development workshops will be recognized by the CB Chamber as a Leader of Integrity. These leaders will receive the following:

• Certificate of course completion indicating them as a Leader of Integrity.​ ​
• ​Recognition on the CB Chamber website under the Professional Development page.
  • ​There is a portal that will take visitors to another designated page. On that page, there will be a photo of the leader, their name, and the company name.
• ​A digital badge to share on their social media outlets, signatures, business cards, etc.

GET STARTED 

To get enrolled in the Leaders of Integrity Development program you must register for New and Emerging Leaders. One of our new professional development workshops and the first workshop in the Leaders of Integrity Development series. Registration for the Leaders of Integrity is only $750 for all four professional development workshops.
