Prevention Means Progress invites you to join us for a Holiday Open House celebrating all of our good service and hard work in our communities! Our Featured Speaker is Jay Martin. Jay is the Director of School Safety and Security for the Nebraska Department of Education. He retired from Law Enforcement in Colorado in 2020 and returned to his home state of Nebraska. Jay has been a school educator, counselor, and manager of a juvenile detention facility. He has spoken nationally for several years educating communities on a variety of safety concerns from drug use, human trafficking, and digital media / device best practices.
