The Trades Summer Camp (6th - 8th Grade)

Description

Day 1 - Construction Campers will learn about construction materials and methods and how to plan and safely manage a construction project. There will be hands-on experience opportunities, and each participant will use and practice their learned skills throughout the camp while working together to build a construction project. Day 2 - Welding Learn safety techniques and basic welding skills in this interactive camp. Campers will learn welding safety, the different types of welding, and basic fabrication. This program is open to individuals who will be in 6th - 8th grade during the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Registrations close a week before class start date.
