The Upper Room Tea, luncheon, silent auction. The Upper Room invites you to come and hear about the problems women and children are facing here in Council Bluffs and what The Upper Room is doing to combat the issues of exploitation and domestic violence. You will hear from a survivor about the necessity of rehabilitation and restoration.
