Description
Hiring and keeping good employees has been nearly impossible for Council Bluffs area businesses. Iowa Western Community College Together with the IWCC SBDC, Nebraska Enterprise Fund, Council Bluffs Chamber, and Advanced Southwest Iowa, has put together a workshop that will give businesses the tools to take action to recruit and retain great employees.
We have put together a slate of regional and national experts on the topics of marketing and recruiting, business culture, human resources and the law, interviewing and onboarding, locating hidden talent, and job posting and talent branding.
