There has been a lot of conversation about people leaving the organization, but little talk about the fact that they are also leaving their teams. They’re leaving teams they don’t feel connected with.
 

Virtually everything we do depends on teamwork. It doesn't matter if you fill the role of leader or follower, coach or player, teacher or student, parent or child, CEO or volunteer. No matter where we find ourselves or what role we currently fill, understanding the components of being a part of a winning team is paramount. We invite you to invest in your future and devote yourself to the process of learning how to be a great team member and team builder. 

Course Driving Message: Nothing of any real value can ever be created alone. We need each other to reach for something special. We depend on each other to create something worthwhile. Our individual potentials are intertwined and connected to one another. We need each other, to experience our very best.

Delivery: This workshop will be delivered in three four-hour sessions.
