**Salary Range:** $50 to $60 per hour

 

**Job Overview:**

As a Client Onboarding Manager at Biz AccountPros, LLC, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into our firm. Your role will involve understanding client needs, setting clear expectations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process.

 

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  3. Needs Assessment: Understand and address client needs to provide personalized services and solutions.
  4. Documentation: Collect necessary information and documentation from clients.
  5. Accounting Records Cleanup: Review and reconcile clients’ historical financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  6. Software Integration Planning: Collaborate with clients to assess their software needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  7. Data Migration: Facilitate the smooth transition of data from legacy systems to new accounting software.
  8. Process Mapping: Document existing workflows and identify areas for improvement during software implementation.
  9. Customization: Configure software settings to align with clients’ unique business requirements.
  10. Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  11. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the transition.
  12. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of software integrations and troubleshoot any issues.
  13. Training and Support: Train clients on using new software tools and provide ongoing support as needed.
  14. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve the onboarding process and client satisfaction.

 

 

**Requirements:**

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  2. Work Experience: 5 years minimum accounting work experience
  3. Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliation processes.
  4. Tech-Savvy Mindset: The ideal candidate should have a strong affinity for technology, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and demonstrating proficiency in using various software tools and platforms. Whether it’s accounting software, project management tools, or communication apps, the Client Transition Manager should be comfortable navigating and leveraging technology to enhance client experiences.
  5. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple client transitions simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and IT professionals.
  7. Analytical Thinking: Problem-solving skills to identify process gaps, data discrepancies, and software integration challenges.
  8. Client-Focused Approach: A commitment to understanding client needs, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
  9. Change Management: Experience guiding clients through transitions, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
  10. Attention to Detail: Meticulous record-keeping, data accuracy, and thorough testing during software implementation.
