Digital/Product Marketing Specialist.

TS Banking Group is seeking to hire a Digital/Product Marketing Specialist. This role is responsible for directly managing and driving digital marketing initiatives across all brands and channels with an emphasis on products and services. This includes both strategy and execution of campaigns across websites, social media, internal sites and other digital delivery tools.

Preferred education and/or experience includes: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, utilizing a content management system, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, Hubspot, Meta, Microsoft Dynamics. Associate's Degree or bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications preferer

Location: Council Bluffs, IA


  • Responsible for overseeing all new website projects along with maintenance of all current websites including search engine optimization improvements, updates to products and services pages and various other content updates using a content management system. Work with outside vendors on major website changes and improvements.
  • Directly manage all areas of paid digital marketing across all entities including but not limited to search engine marketing, display and social media while working within a set budget and brand guidelines.
  • Manage the lead process from awareness through client onboarding using Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics. Serve as the conduit between the marketing team and the data team.
  • Serve as a key member of various business unit product design teams and directly manage all product marketing efforts. Assist in the formation of value propositions, identifying ideal client segments, creating demand for products and services and using marketing automation to nurture leads.
  • Design and manage a cross-selling platform within TSBG’s new online banking and mobile app experience to engage users and increase share of wallet.
  • Track, monitor and report on marketing campaign performance with an emphasis on lead attribution and return on investment. Ownership of all digital analytics including conversion rates, impressions, etc. across all brands and channels.
  • Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PC knowledge beneficial.
  • Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Position may require the ability to work before or after normal business hours, infrequently travel, to meet required deadlines and attend meetings and/or training programs.
  • To effectively perform the job, must have reliable transportation to travel to and from work and other work-related events, meetings, interactions with clients, etc.
  • Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
