The Director will proactively guide a team of data analysts, ensure data quality, and provide technical expertise in data management. They will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for CRM systems, providing guidance, training, and support to both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position requires a strong ability to generate actionable insights through reports, troubleshooting, and maintaining data integrity. The Director will also play a vital role in campaign operations, supporting e-commerce initiatives, and improving processes related to donor engagement and campaign processing. Effective communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams is essential to drive strategic objectives and ensure seamless CRM operations.
Responsibilities:
· Interactively directs and supports a team of data analysts on CRM applications and database tools.
· Manages data quality and oversees the commissioning and decommissioning of datasets.
· Secures confidential data in compliance with organizational guidelines.
· Supports data integrity and normalization initiatives, generating reports from multiple systems.
· Troubleshoots database environments and reporting systems to ensure reliability.
· Acts as the SME on CRM systems, consulting and assisting teams with business intelligence needs.
· Provides administrative support for campaign processing, including auditing, data entry, and system enhancements.
· Prepares and documents processes, procedures, and training materials for CRM tools.
· Manages data exports/imports and prepares detailed database reports for end-users.
· Collaborates with senior leaders to implement e-commerce solutions and support campaign managers with CRM tools.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Builds, leads, and mentors a team of marketing professionals.
- Interviews, hires, and trains staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, analysis tools, frameworks, and languages, including Excel, SQL Server, and Access.
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and customer support skills
· Attention to detail and superior organizational skills
· Computer fluency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and capacity to work independently
· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science), or equivalent experience (3+ years) in Data Analysis and Design
· Proven experience in data administration, particularly with Microsoft business systems and applications
· Supervisory experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
