What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring equity, excellence, and innovation across all HR functions. This role offers a mix of remote and on-site work flexibility, ensuring a balance between collaboration and independent work.
Human Resources Leadership
- Serve as a key member of the HR leadership team, providing expertise across HR functions.
- Partner with leaders to ensure policies and processes align with business needs.
- Maintain and report on metrics to track progress and drive outcomes.
- Support integration of new acquisitions and onboarding of staff.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices.
- Develop and implement innovative, competitive benefits strategies.
- Ensure successful execution of annual open enrollment and effective employee communication.
- Administer 401(k) plans, leaves of absence, and disability programs.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims and partner on prevention strategies.
- Lead the organization’s compensation strategy, including market pricing, job design, and equity analysis.
- Support leaders in creating and modifying job descriptions and team structures.
- Manage incentive plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee HR administrative services, including onboarding and HRIS data accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
To excel in this role, we seek individuals who are dedicated, mission-minded, and passionate about making a difference. Here are the qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- At least six years of progressive HR experience, particularly in compensation, benefits, and administration.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving HR initiatives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Certification such as SPHR or PHR preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed to support multiple sites.
