Boys Town is looking for a compassionate Education Support Specialist to assist in the classroom with instructional and behavioral management for youth. Under the guidance of certified staff, you’ll be integral to fostering a positive learning environment while supporting students in their academic and social development.

Position Overview:

? Shift: School Hours (Non-traditional hours may apply)

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide general support to teachers, assisting with both instructional and behavioral management
? Implement the Boys Town Education model alongside teachers
? Offer individualized support to students during lessons and assist with assignments and corrections
? Supervise students during non-instructional times to ensure a safe environment
? Serve as a role model, demonstrating the skills taught in the program
? Attend in-service workshops to improve knowledge and skills related to teaching and student support

Required Qualifications: ? High School diploma or equivalent
? Previous experience in a school or youth care environment preferred
