Housing & Economic Development Planner
The City of Council Bluffs is currently hiring for the position of Housing and Economic Development Planner!

Pay: $34.44/HR with step increases to $43.96/HR
Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities: An employee in this class performs professional level work involving the planning, administration, and completion of community and economic development; redevelopment; housing; and human services projects and programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Housing and Economic Development
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work
- Driver’s License
