CountryHouse exclusively provides memory care for those who live with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. We believe those who live with memory loss can live amazingly full lives with our support.

Whether it’s taking a scenic drive, enjoying an ice cream cone, listening to familiar music, having a conversation or simply holding a hand, wonderful moments happen every day at a CountryHouse community.

We get to know residents in our care on a personal level – their background and history, likes and dislikes, passions and hobbies – we capture this information by listening carefully to both them and from you, their loved ones. With this knowledge in hand, we are able to provide personalized care for them in their new home.
