Klaire is a Realtor & executive assistant to team leader Gail Hunter. Klaire graduated from Lewis Central High School, after she completed a Bachelor's of Communication degree from Graceland University. Klaire played collegiate volleyball at Graceland University in Lamoni Iowa as well as coached men's and women's volleyball the past four years.Klaire grew up in Council Bluffs her whole life, she loves to spend time with her family and friends around town and enjoys the outdoors. One of Klaire’s favorites is playing and spending time with her three dogs, Django the Siberian husky, Nevaeh the goldendoodle and Kalea the Doberman pinscher.

Gail Hunter is the father of Blake, wife Alyx and grandson Jones. As well as Brian and Rachel Hunter. He began his real estate career in 1980 and auction career in 1975. Gail is a past president and board member of the Union Pacific Railroad Museum and Priesthood Member of the Community of Christ Church. He is a third-generation auctioneer and has been involved in hundreds of successful real estate and benefit auctions. He is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneer’s Institute and the Missouri School of Auction. Gail remains in the Top 10% in local real estate. Serving Iowa and Nebraska.
