2023 UNBelievable Workplaces Celebration
UNbelievable Workplaces is a program developed and run by the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. The program is designed to help local businesses track employee satisfaction. Local businesses have recognized the importance of knowing insight from their associates, creating a culture that their team wants to work in, and culture employees want to recommend to others to join. Join us in celebrating these UNbelievable Workplaces as we recognize them for the work that they do, the cultures that they've created, and being a human-centered business.
The Value-Based Leader
While audiences of all experience level have enjoyed this course, it was originally built for New Leaders. Course topics include: Defining leadership, Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, Communicating to Connect, Building Teams, Creating Psychological Safety, Coaching, Leading Change, Time Management, and an introduction to the Five Levels of Leadership. This course is built to inspire, and awaken a desire to impact the lives of others. While the subject matter may seem standard, the approach and facilitation are done in a unique way that fosters open communication, sharing of experiences, and delivers a call to action be the very best leader one can be.
